2. Access and Availability

Currently, SellerLogix is available to internal teams for operational use and testing. In future releases, access may require a paid subscription, which will be communicated prior to activation.

4. Integration Authorization

By connecting Amazon and QuickBooks, you grant SellerLogix permission to:

• Retrieve settlement, refund, and transaction data from Amazon.

Access and process the following from QuickBooks:

• Company Information
• Invoices
• Journals
• Accounts
• Currencies

Post financial entries (journals, reconciliation data) as part of integration.

You can revoke this authorization at any time via QuickBooks' "Connected Apps" settings or SellerLogix dashboard.

5. Data Ownership

All data remains your property. SellerLogix processes data only to perform authorized integration tasks and does not claim ownership.

6. Service and Maintenance

Occasional downtime may occur due to updates, Amazon API, or QuickBooks API maintenance. SellerLogix is not liable for third-party outages or API limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerLogix shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for using the service during the prior 12 months.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, system integrations are disconnected, and data can be purged upon written request.
